Can you replace prefilters if they are damaged during shipping?
Our prefilters are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. In the rare event of shipping damage, we work with the shipping carrier to trace the issue and provide appropriate compensation for any losses incurred.
What is your payment term if I place an order for prefilters?
We offer flexible payment terms based on order value, including L/C at sight, 100% TT in advance, 30% down payment with 70% balance before shipment, and 100% D/P arrangements.
